View Full Version : New SP Map(WIP) - Invitation

Been working on it now for about 2 weeks or so. It's my first doom 3 map but not my first map ever with a game. I've created lots of maps and it's time to move on to Doom 3 :) Anyways, this map takes place after the accident on mars and our friendly marine is invited to another base for questioning by Sergeant Billy. Here are some screenshots. It's supposed to feel like the original doom 3 maps, nice dark and scary, except with more enemy encounters of course. I will be updating the screenshots so watch out for them, on to the screenshots:

Looks very dark and pretty interesting from what I can see in the shots.

The game needed more pinky demons. Maybe you should toss a few in there.

Yeah i wanted more pinky's also so i was going to add a few in here where necessary along with just alot of midless zombie shooting. Zombie's aren't formidable foes but i'm going to be adding alot of them to boost up the kill count and action factor.

Anymore suggestions? This map is basically going to be pinky's, imps, zombies, caco's, and hellknights. Don't much like any of the new monsters they put in the game except for the trites, although i may add some mancubus or an archvile.

some more detail on the cieling would be cool. pipes or something would work nicely i think. nice stuff.

looks sweet im looking forward to playing it by the way how did you add all the doors ive done a map but i need doors and an exit how would i put them in it
