Well of Souls

Hey, I am stuck on well of souls. I know about the dagnam bridge and I have killed everything on the level, but I cannot locate any keys, and lah lah lah... I have activated all switches, pounded on every wall, etc etc etc etc etc. What am I missing? I see the Gold key across the water pool ,but I can't get to it. I have been across the bridge and flipped the switch. I have tried eveything. I need help. thank you.

Yes, the jail at the bottom of the stairs is still closed. I've shot all of the skulls, you name it? Am I bugged? Thank you.

ok,
go to the corridor with the skulls down each side. know whre that is?
go down it and activate the skull on the right at the end of the corridor and floor should then go down beneath you, Don't go down just yet! there are about 4 heavy weapon dudes, 4 shotgun sargents and a baron of hell, nasty stuff!
instead flip the switch and try and move away from the floor and shoot down at them, much easier.

once they're all dead go down and look to the right you'll see a swicth which requires a yellow key and to the left you'll see a corridor in the corner of the room, BE CAREFUL WHEN GOING UP THAT CORRIDOR! CRUSHING CEILINGS!

Once you've cleared that obsticle, you'll come to a pool, there are pinkies at the bottom, so i would keep a super shotgun at hand! go down, kill 'em, and you'll notice a big entery way to a cavern area, cue more pinkies and two heavy weapon dudes.
there should be some stairs at the end of the cavern, go up them, there may be a revant or two waiting, so be careful.
once at the top of the stairs you'll see the yellow key. now go back and activate the yellow key switch. that's all the help i'm gonna give you, i think you can work out the rest.
