I have recently formed my saddest of web pages at doomlegends.com.
The Lost Projects Page (http://www.doomlegends.com/lost/) is a list of various projects and project ideas of mine that have somehow lost their way over the years. It is a limbo of sorts. I consider none of the projects there to actually be dead, and there is always the hope for me that some of these projects will come back.
A few of you might remember DooM Soccer, which actually had a couple of beta releases, and Pac DooM. Former Team DeiM members, like Rellik, will probably remember most of the projects listed on this page.
Hopefully, those of you who started projects, or have wanted to start projects, and have been unable to finish them can take some comfort in the simple fact that I have been in the same boat, not onece, but many times.
Like I said, It might even be possible for some of these lost projects to pop up again as full fledged wads and mods.
