Is anyone having the half shadowed face thing happening to them? Anyone have any suggestions? I tried letting d3 pick the optimized settings like they said, did nothing. Tried the ultra mod, made it worse. Suggestions greatly appreciated. I havent seen any forums on it. Thanks people. *burn*

Could you be more specific? But yeah don't download the ultra mod in any case, because it's shadows are anything but extreme ultra quality.

I am having a problem with the models faces being half shadowed for some reason. All enemies and allies have a line down their face and a dark shadow to left or right of that line. Im astarting to notice its occuring on some of the environment as well. I turned off player shadowing as well and it still occurs. Dont know why.

if you crank the detail settings too high it'll do that. Game will run ok but it'll look all half-shadowed. Try setting it on the lower quality mode and see if it fixes the shadows. So if your on high settings go to medium.
