Hey, I couldn't figure out how to save more than one map in a single wad.
I use Doom builder, is it capable of doing this?
Or will I have to use XWE or Whacked?

No.
You have to use XWE http://www.doomworld.com/xwe/ or DeePsea www.sbsoftware.com. For the latter press F7 and select Merge/Import. You can merge levels and anything else in this tool with complete error checking in case you accidently duplicate names.

Wintex is cumbersome, error prone and does not support new formats - for example BEHAVIOR, MIDI, etc. Some it can do via convoluted renaming. The 2 I mentioned do "clicky-click" and you are done.
It is best to learn something that will give you the best bang for the buck with the newer ports.

You can do it in doom builder, make all the levels individually, pic a main wad, open the others and go on file then "save map into" :D I think

Use XWE. If you use DoomBuilder, be sure to run your maps after it's finished as it sometimes does horrible things to a map. Or buy DeePsea.
I can't really speak for DeePsea as I was never able to use it myself, but some of the best swear buy it.
