Hi everyone. I am pretty new to the community and have using jDoom for about two months. I have created levels and mods since the original Doom came out Circa 1994 and played around with DeHacked and a few other hacks. I've been a fan of jDoom since I found it online.

Anyway, enough introductions. I am currently looking for a MD2 modeler that is freeware or a decent payware license. I've never really played around with MD2s from Quake 2 so I am a complete newbie on building them and what programs are used create them. If anyone can help me with the URL of a decent program and possibly a tutorial, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

For MD2 looking, is use MD2 viewer from chumbalum ( http://www.swissquake.ch/chumbalum-soft/ )
I use Milkshape from their too for little stuff on models.
MD2 viewer is free, Milkshape is a shareware.

Thanks everyone for the points in the right direction. I tried downloading gmax but I can't seem to get it to work. Oh welll, I just got a copy of 3dsmax 3, so I'lll give that a shot. :)
