mouse lag problem

I have a problem with jdoom2..
The mouse look and everything works fine, but the mouse seems to have about a half a second or so of lag on it.. tried tweaking everything but nothing seems to help.. Looked around on the forum, but don't see anyone with the same problem.

Tried while activating or while disactivating the "smooth camera movement"

I haven't tried that.. where is that option?

I had a problem with this, too. Don't touch ANYTHING while loading a level. Don't move your mouse at ALL.
