possible doom 3 review in pc gamer

i was browsing the planet doom forums and it said the next issue due out july 8th would have an exclusive doom 3 review if this is old news than forget it i just thought i woulld post it

Gamepro had an exclusive look at DooM 3 in their March issue.

im from the Planetdoom forums, and everyone was talking about a Doom 3 REVIEW. It was noted that PC Gamer was supposed to have a Doom 3 REVIEW in their current issue (July 2004 issue), but they said it will be in the NEXT issue (August 2004) now; obviouslly due to the fact the game wasn't done. The only time the media, including magazines, online reviews, etc. etc. can go forth with a REVIEW, is only when the game is FINISHED. As in the finalized version you, I and any other Joe Schmoe will see. And, don't underestimate the August 3rd release date.....

Well apparently (just read the latest PC Gamer) The word from ID is that a summer release is possible. No specific date but I don't think it'll turn out right. But it's still very close now.
Off topic, someone said half life 2 is due out tomorrow How stupid is that? Where are the pre-order boxes in game shops and why do other sites say august?*bug*

I got a look at the back cover of PC Gmaer UK and it says it's got a DOOM III reveiw. I somehow doubt this is true at all. But it says so.

Oh no. Not a whole month. May the heavens' smite Gabe and his team of miscreants for taking so long.
Seriously, a month is no time at all, especially considering that it's during summer, where the days should be flying by anyways.

I just went into towmn today and saw DooM III preorder boxes in GAME. They've not got a release date wrong yet since Far Cry came out on time among others I'd say it's bang on target for next August. They say on the sight it's out in August and it's going for £25 for pre-ordering it. I'm getting it whether my comp runs it or not. It will be mine.:D
