Anyone know where I can buy/download that add-on packs? I searched everywhere but I couldn't find anything.

I never heard of add-on packs for doom. What do you mean by them? You mean the update patches or?

Sadly, there seems no way whatsoever to obtain the full version of Hell2Pay. You're stuck with just the demo version (http://www.3dgamers.com/dl/games/doom2/Missions/hell2pay.zip.html) (15 levels).

whats hell2 pay about? is it official by ID software?
