Here is the problem. I have numerous wall switches throughout the map I made, and they all work. Except for one and I don't know why. I have the SW1HOT texture on a 64 length wall, and I have it tagged to a door. The door has no actions. And when I press space on the switch, nothing happens. I cleared out that section of wall, just to see if maybe it was a glitch or something, but even when I used a new section of line, and a new tag, the switch still does not work.

Ok, did you tag the switch lindef to the door lindef, or the door sector? It the sw1hot switch should be tagged to the door's sector.

How many switches do you have in that map? I believe there is a limit on the number of them. Can'r be too sure though.

Okay. First off, yes, I triple checked the line and the door, and the line was being tagged to the door sector. I think what happened was, when I want to have floor triggers instead of switches, i'll create a sector within a sector, and i'll make the sector as small as i can get it, and make it a good long size. What I did here was put a sector within a sector down. And had the sector on the floor tagged, but it was 1 map step away from touching the main sector line, and I think that is what screwed it up. I deleted the sector within a sector, and just made it so that it was just the switch and nothing was near it, and now the switch works fine. As far as how many tags you can have, i'm not sure about. But, I know whenever I start Edmap, it shows memory free. And on a new map is like 210 or something. Putting down things, well they're called sprites, takes alot of that memory away. This level I made tho, took me a half hour just to beat. Thanks for the help all.
