mines metal gear solid 2 at one point in it a guy goes for a piss
off the top of a building and u have to walk right under it.

The voices in "Aggressive Inline" kept me giggling for a while.

For example, heard over the intercom at the Theme Park level, "Please do not leave children or elderly relatives in the car without cracking a window. Thank you!"

I would have to say No One Lives Forever. Heh, on the first mission there is quite a few humerous chats between the bad guys. Later in the mission, You can sneak up on a a bad guy to hear him talking to a vacation planner, and he's saying that it his he and his wife's 23rd aniversary. He buys some tickets to some tropical Island, and then walks away. Although it made me feel bad at first, I later found this hilarious: After he buys the tickets, I snuck(is that even a word?) around the corner, and shot him in the back of the head.:p

If you've played Theme Hospital, but not Sam & Max, i'm not sure if you're really a veteran gamer to remember all this. O_o

Toonstruck has good jokes everywhere you go.

Some strange train going over sea, that has an elephant as a motor.
Stuff like that, the thing isn't itself funny, but as the main characters talk about it, almost every case becomes quite hilarious

Planescape: Torment has bits of dark humor in it, especially dialog including or with Morte (that's one funny skull.) The main character is immortal at the cost of losing his memories and he has no name, Morte is a "walking encyclopedia" (more like floating), Annah's a half human, half demon type (with a vendetta against hookers), Dakkon comes from a society where all is not what it seems (READ: Limbo) and is eternally serious, Fall-from-Grace is a Succubus who runs a brothel of the mind (nothing strange here, yeah right), Nordom is a Modron (a mechanical cube that has and shows no emotion), and speaks to his (her?) crossbow, and last but (don't call him) least is Vhailor a possessed suit of armor that you either prove or deny his existence. And to add to the drama are the (nearly) insane inhabitants of Sigil and the other planes that follow. From Abishai (Demons!) to Zombies, almost everything in this game is ready to cheat you, kill you, or just have a bit of that immortality. Overall a serious adventure with an occasional splash of obscure and grouse humor.
