Which bands do you want to see live at least once in your life?
I definitely want to see Nightwish and Helloween before it'll be over one day.

I've seen all the bands that I want to see live. I'm lucky. :) I could go and see Flickerstick a few hundred more times though. ;)

'Pink Floyd' and 'Sparks'
But it's probably too late now.

Nightwish, Old Man's Child, Fear Factory.

The first two, I'd have to go overseas to see. Fear Factory, on the other hand, broke up a few years ago. However, they're reforming and will have a new album out soon. They just need a new bassist, and they'll be touring again. They've been touring over in Australia with a temporary bassist, though. Damn. I wish I lived there.

Muse. I've missed them so many times it's mad but I will see them soon. Someday...
Marty Friedman of course, Steve Vai.
Iron Maiden, Judas Priest. Nightwish here too. Dave Mustaine but there is a chance he might be coming to the UK this summer so if that does happen I will be there for sure! If not oh well a flight to the US would be okay. Bit late to see Jason Becker which is sad same with Queen when I listened to them when I was little. :(

Pantera and machine head, they have the most powerful effect on me.

Im still sad. I could have gone to the last Smashing Pumpkins concert in Vancouver whenever that was... and I was too young then to realize that it was the opportunity of a lifetime.

Loss of members doesn't affect the momentum of a band.
Examples?

Cradle of filth
Marylin manson
Soulfly

Every member in these bands have been replaced, except the vocalists. Can anyone smell an overinflated ego?

Another great example of that, is Testament. They've gone through quite a few drummers and guitarists in their 15 or so year career. A bad example, of course, it Green Jello/Jelly. They lasted about five years, and went through about 70 different members.

Hooooooo, how could I forget Soulfly?! I once had the chance of seeing them, they had gig an hour away from here, for 14 Euros!!! But I didn't have a car and couldn't find anyone who would come with me... :-(
Well, at least the 4th album is soon to be released!

Y'know. I love Sepultura, but Soulfly just doesn't do anything for me. Speaking of Sepultura, they're another example of a band losing members, but keeping going. Hell, I like their new vocalist more than Max.

I still like them, but with Max something went lost. It becomes very clear when you listen to albums of Sepultura (w/ Max), Nailbomb and Soulfly: He is a driving force in every band, you can hear and feel his influence! And it was a very positive influence he had!

I thought OMC had toured the us before? Maybe not.

I'm not really the type to go to live shows, but....
Dimmu Borgir
The Deathstars
Nightrage
Hypocrisy

That isn't actually true. M.W. Gacy has been with Marilyn Manson since its conception. The greater portion of the ex-members of Marilyn Manson left to persue solo careers. I believe your "over-inflated ego" comment lacks regard to Marilyn Manson.
