It looks very nice Wa59. What type of source port / modification does it run with?
Will it play using JDoom?

Have you tried to use any of the Doom64 textures? Not for this wad, as it is complete, but if you make new ones it would be a nice addition and change from the normal.
Substituting textures seems like it would be much easier than changing enemy sprites, but I do not know how either is accomplished. :)

Hmm... Some nice work you got there. I never thought of the lighting you used in the last shot. I guess it looks more realistic with the strips of light.
However, I saw you were using TNT's Eternal HUD in your completed 10 maps. You might want to give them credit for that in a text file or something.
EDIT: OK, I played through it. Not bad at all, though there are a few things that you could work on in future wads.
Not to be nitpicky, but:
- Watch alignment. Some textures (particularly the ones with patterns, like the STAR-textures or textures with demon heads or windows) just look weird if you don't aligned them properly. I did notice an improvement in the alignment over the course of the wad, though.
- Watch monster sizes. On several occasions (escpecially near exit doors) I noticed Hell Knights and Barons walking with their heads in the ceiling. Weird again. Plus some mosters were stuck in either the wall or each other.
- Use complementary textures and flats. Maybe this is purely a matter of taste, but I personally like maps that have a certain coherence or theme. Some of these levels tend to jump from tech to hell to gothic to city and back a lot.
Another thing. What's up with the re-textured E1M1 and Map01 of the original DooMs in Map08? The idea is nice and surprising (I went to collect the blue armor in the secret "courtyard" of E1M1, but bumped into an impaled victim standing in a pool of blood instead :p), but it's a bad idea to just start copying things from the old IWADs (or from any PWAD, for that matter). It's OK if you just REMAKE those maps, but copying them won't be much appreciated by a large part of the community.
