A thieves plunder in games.

Hi guys. I found a great bargain in town yesterday. I was out planning to buy a new copy of emperor: Battle for Dune seeing as I lost the manual of my old version and the serial key along with it. So anyway, I go and draw out £20 to cover the cost. I go to my local Comet store where I could be sure of finding it and some older titles I can't find anywhere else. So I go straight for the games and found it and a copy of Thief II and Thief which I have never seen in town before. I take a look and see that the prices of all 3 games added up to £20. So wothout any hestitaion I just lifted them and made for the checkout. What a steal that one was.:D So in the end I got what I was looking for and more. Thief is such a cracking game and I've already sampled the Thief II demo. So anyway. That's the end of my excursion to town yesterday.
Oh and while I'm at it, has anyone else ever found any great bargains downtown lately?:)

It wasn't lately, but when i bought Fallout and Fallout 2, they were really cheap. I bought those duel-jewel things. Only $9. I definately got what I paid for, if not more.

Thats a great deal Ninja. I loved playing Thief and black jacking everybody that moved. ;) Down In The Bonehoard is one of my all time favorite levels.Gotta reinstall it to check out those cool maps. ;)

I got Homeworld and Colin McRae Rally 2 for £2 the pair in blockbuster. Brand new too, not ex-rentals.

one time I got atleast 8 games for 50 bucks, quake 2, starsiege, mechwarrior 4 clana nd innersphere pack, aliens versus predator, 1 2 and the expansion plus another game i think.

You like the Bonehoard DD? I never liked any of the levels which involved undead dudes. So annoying if I run out of holy water and water arrows. I'm currently on the Hammerite temple mission when you infiltrate it as a novice guy. Quite good.:)

The undead dudes are annoying indeed but the map itself is cool. Wish I could explore it minus the undead bugging me. ;)

I have to admit the architecture is really good. It may just be some inspriation I need.
I also just finished Thief. I thought the last few levels were kind of creepy. And Garret has a mechanical eye now. It was just such irony that the Trickster had been killed by a trick.:D
