Fighting against Marines?

Is there a TC out there that lets you be a monster and you can kill marines? I don't mean the basic skinned marines, I want marines like the chaingun-armed one has chaingun sprites and stuff...

So, is there one out there? (And don't you dare say DRE because I know about that one)
