I am running the Quake 2 conversion for the XBOX, but I have heard that in order to get it to work I must convert the sound track over to WMA format. I could not find the sound track in any of the Pak0 files, can someone tell me where it is exactly?

Thankx!

With the PC version, I think the soundtrack is on the CD like acual CD music tracks.

"I think the soundtrack is on the CD like acual CD music tracks."

It is indeed regular music tracks.

Ya it was, forgot about that. http://forums.newdoom.com/UBB/smile.gif I decided to rip some tracks off cEvin Key's III album instead and used that as the sound track, worked out really well, just had to rip them to wma files then name them 01.wma, 02.wma ect. and put them in a folder called music.

Thankx for the help!

Youcan play it like a normal CD in a personal CD player just like Half-Life. http://forums.newdoom.com/UBB/biggrin.gif

Ninja, yes but on the XBOX you have to convert the sound track to wma files and put them in a directory called music. I dunno why the author did not just write it to support CD Audio, it would have made things easier.
