I'm pretty sure that was done before. It wouldn't be hard to do anyway since all you have to do is grab one of the textures and rip the palette from it.

If you use Wintex it converts the palettes of images automatically

I already had a Heretic palette from someplace and made custom textures for my Heretic project.

I just use Paint Shop Pro to apply either the Doom or the Heretic palette to my textures.

heh well i found the photoshop ACT file (not really necessary) so i can do that too, but in PhotoShop. I dont like psp cause i was forced to use it in school...
