How do you make it so when you defeat a certain monster Explosions start goin off?
All in the sector your in.

Which source port are you using?
In ZDooM, you can tag the monster to trigger a script, which will spawn rockets. The rockets can be made to spawn very near a wall, so that they explode upon being spawned. You can also set up a quake effect to accompany the explosions.
The explosions are associated with a map spot, which must be placed in a pre-defined sector at the time the map is built. Therefore, I'm not sure how you will set it up to cause explosions in the sector you're in when the monster is killed (unless there can only be one sector from which you can kill it). The map spot does not move with the player, and sits in the same sector throughout the game.
