point someone where I can Download a DeHackEd Windows version?

Theres's only the DOS version. The link I gave you earlier discusses how to do this for ZDOOM.

You really should go to the ZDOOM forum though for ZDOOM questions. Nigel Rowand and some others are real experts with DEHACKED files and ZDOOM.

There really should be a win32 version. Lots of DOS stuff doesn't run at all in newer versions of windows.
