making a skin

i have been editing my own skin 4 a while now. all ive got to do is insert the images into a wad file.

All i can do though is make a wad that replaces the marine skin, instead of adding another skin so that you can chose from either the marine or my skin.

thats the problem, the question is HOW?!?
