Colors

I was wondering how do you make a room or sector look as though it is bathed in one color. For instance like you have a red or green light on in a room? Do you have to use de-hacked or something? I have Deep as my editor can I do it with that?

I believe coloured lighting is available in a few source ports, Zdoom has it I know... not sure how you'd implement it.
