I first started with the Winona stuff in 1997. It happened when I saw Alien Resurrection. It's got worse since, especially after I came here (about when I used that pic from Mystic's site as an avatar). It's fucking insane. Some days it actually fucks up my mind to the point where I can't do anything or think straight. Today is one of those damn days. I shouldn't have watched that movie yesterday. It's screwed up my brain. That, and I read the end of the fourth Harry Potter book and that was disturbing too. I had dreams about the two of those crossed together last night and I'm not even going into that. If I tried to post it you'd want to have me locked up.

There must be something that will shut that damned corner of my brain up. I can barely deal with it. I'm borderlining on seeing hallucinations all the time. It's no wonder I actually did when I had the drugs for my surgery. I wouldn't be surprised if one day I flipped out completely and went wandering off for months at a time without even knowing where I was, who I was, or what I was doing.

See, I don't get it. I don't see how she can be different from any of the other fantastically beautiful women I know. Normally I'm just healthily obssessed with Cute these days, but sometimes I just lose it and it scares me.

Heh, funny how I'll write all this stuff here on the forum faster than I would tell my own family about it. I guess this is like my equivalent of seeing a therapist or something. That and there seems to be something theraputic today about trying to type at a hundred miles an hour on a crappy keyboard on a computer that doesn't run Windows. http://forums.newdoom.com/UBB/wink.gif

Hopefully, I'm just over-reacting to some stupid thing and it will all go away. Then this will seem as funny as it obviously sounds on a silly forum. Hehe, it already sounds funny in a way.

I don't think it would be good for me, her, or Cute. http://forums.newdoom.com/UBB/wink.gif If I ever meet her it will be some time when I really don't expect it. That's what always happens in life. I'm not holding my breath though.

Now, if I could just stop identifying so closely with people on TV and in books. It's like I can't tell fact from fiction anymore or something.

In my Jen dreams we mostly just do the stuff we might well be doing when we meet, visiting museums and stuff, walking in the park chatting, riding on trains, visiting Niagara falls and, sometimes, meeting some of you lot.

In some of my Jen dreams we are working in the same place and dont know each other yet then some crisis happens and we become close while dealing with it but I never get more than a hug and kiss. http://forums.newdoom.com/UBB/smilies/cwm38.gif

"Once in a while a programmer really writes something he's proud of, a slick, elegant, blazingly fast routine that stands as a benchmark against which other code will be judged by. However, this is not the case with TED's fill routine. This slow, stupid algorithm will casually fill one plane of data in a painfully creeping manner. Press ESC when it gets confused." - John Romero on TED (Tile EDitor)

Yeah, it is. Dad and I were talking about razors today and he was telling me about the razors of 40 years ago. He was telling me how Gilette got rich off those double-sided "safety razors" where the big thing was how you couldn't kill yourself (or anyone else) with them. He said his dad had this thing that as like a pencil sharpener but would sharpen razor blades.

Well, this doesn't go with the card and isn't in any way related to Coleman, but here's your cryptic poem:

breeze still carries the sound
maybe i’ll disappear
tracks will fade in the snow
you won’t find me here

ice is starting to form
ending what had begun
i am locked in my head
with what i’ve done
I know you tried to rescue me
didn’t let anyone get in
left with a trace of all that was
and all that could have been

please
take this
and run far away
far away from me
I am
tainted
the two of us
were never meant to be
all these
pieces
and promises and left behinds
if only I could see
in my
nothing
you meant everything
everything to me
gone fading everything
and all that could have been

please
take this
and run far away
far as you can see
I am
tainted
and happiness and peace of mind
were never meant for me
all these
pieces
and promises and left behinds
if only I could see
in my
nothing
you meant everything
everything to me
breeze still carries the sound

The flaming guy is Till Lindeman (I think that's right). It's pretty funny why he's sets himself on fire for concerts. He said that he was thinking thus: All the frontmen of other bands dance around and throw things, but that just wasn't for me. I didn't like just standing there and holding the microphone. And so he decided to light his clothes on fire. I like his flamethrower. I think that's the best part of their pyrotechnics.

I occasionally have days when my brain cells aren't lazy.:P

Lol, I'm using my Doom 2D engine to make an old school RPG. I'm frustrated with RPG Maker, so I decided to write it from semi-scratch. Lol, you can tell my engine was originally written for top-down, because this is going to be a lot easier than getting the sidescrolling crap to work. Hmmm, a top down Doom RPG? Diablo style? That might be kinda sweet. I could get the sprites by taking screenshots of cheb's models from straight overhead. Of course, like all of my projects, this one is doomed (ack, bad pun) to abandonment.

I have a lot of programming projects that are half dead. I was tinking with one the other day and it took me forever to come up with a way to draw random right-angle triangles. I didn't actually draw them though. I made them out of those line things you can put on your windows as seperaters and such.

Sometimes you get teams of programmers where everyone knows a different language. Then if you have the right stuff they can each write a module of the application in the language of their choice and it doesn't matter as long as they agree on a common interface.
