I just saw the Hellpitt Temple Screenie New Doom had up.

Methinks it looks better than the one you have on your site.

Thanx guys! I like that shot better as well and I took that one first, sent it in and then figured I better use a diff shot on the site. The snakey lava pool does look cool from that angel. The screens are darker than the game but is still dark. All of my outside areas in Hellpitt are set at 128. http://forums.newdoom.com/UBB/wink.gif

LOL@Demons!

I never use those triggers either. I did use strobing lights in my level though. It took some really weird sector packing to get them all to sync to the right level.

Doom_Dude
December 9th, 2002, 09:17 PM
Oh yeah Baybee! Vilecore likes Jdoom. http://forums.newdoom.com/UBB/biggrin.gif

Thanks Spamiard!

I've done a crapload of Vilecore reworking today and I even ported the Vilecore II version of map01 back to Vilecore. Sounds weird but I don't think I need Vilecores entry map in my next megawad. It also saves me from having to do a bunch of work on the old version. Ugh, like I want to do that again. http://forums.newdoom.com/UBB/wink.gif This will also give me anouther spot in V II for a new map.

Ok I have everyone confused now.
