Just syphoning my 5 gallons of homemade beer into a bucket so I can then bottle it. Damn it smells good down here with the aroma of beer. Once the beer is bottled I can transfer my wine into the glass jobby the beer was in.

Looks good too. They have Canadian, Pilsner, Kokanee, Kokanee Gold, Rickard's Red, Rickard's Gold, Heineken, Guinness, Kilkenny Cream Ale, some more kinds of molson, Corona, Budweiser, maybe some Labatt, etc. I don't think they have Big Rock though.

Yeah it does have a head actually...you have to add corn sugar to the beer just before bottling, then let it carbonate in the bottle for a week to a week and a half, in a warm spot. This is the basic way of doing it. The other way uses a keg system that force carbonates the beer and makes a better head....but I've never used that method and the gear is expensive, I think and kinda complicated. Anyways I find that sometimes the 'head' is better than on other beers, even from 2 kits of the same brand you can see a diff. http://forums.newdoom.com/UBB/wink.gif

My dad uses some gadget like that to do it. He always has those little carbon dioxide bottles around. They're the same ones you use for air rifles. His beers always have too much head. If you don't refrigerate them for at least a few hours they will explode like cannons all over the kitchen.
