Lots of hard grafting but I dont mind doing physical work. I will be built like a Gorilla after a couple more weeks. I only work Monday to Thursday so I wont be giving up my precious hobbies (Dooming and letching).

Now that Im getting into a routine I should be editing again soon, Im getting loads of ideas for levels and textures so shouldnt be long now.

Kewl Big_al...you should get the olde school art gear out and get back into it. I know I am! I even just asked my Southern friend if she'd send me a copy of a pic of herself she had scanned and sent me last month , so I can attempt to do anouther portrait with the oil paints. Should be a major challenge since I've not done anything that complicated in about 5 years. Should be interesting to say the least.

$700 price tag, steep, guess you got the student rate of $49.
Even thats a bit expensive since you can download the Borland C++ and Java IDE student/home versions for nothing.

We haven't done enought courses yet to justify one on bug fixes. I'm doing one now on data structure design/implementation. It's pretty cool. They do a bunch of debugging anyway though cause you need it. I usually find myself debugging other people's lab excercises.

Yeah I get it. I've had times like that. Sometimes I think about what might have happened to some of the girls I used to know and it makes me shudder. I knew someone earlier this year who was in a really big mess and I really really wished I could do something for her, but all I really could do was wait and watch. I hope she's better off now as I haven't heard from her in months. She called on my birthday and I wasn't home.
