Way to go Big_Al....finding some Winona News. The plot sounds a little stupid to me though. He's trying to catch himself.

WIll not beat the best Philip K Dick based movie though, Blade Runner, my bestest film of all time, ever.

The debugging in C# 2005 will be rediculous, intellisense in the watch window, and ten million neat little things.
I, through some strange force in the universe, have managed to consistently fail to see Blade Runner. I want to though.

What Big Al really meant is Bladerunner is the best Sean Young movie ever, I have to agree on that point.
Savage, if you like gritty futuristic thrillers you must see bladerunner, its often copied and never equalled, one smucking fart movie and it looks gorgeous too, as you would expect of a ridley scott movie. Its the best work Rutger Hauer ever did, same could be said for Harrison Ford, he did some good acting in it. Hard to fault it really, Im trying to think of something bad to say about it and coming up blank.

The only thing bad in it is the TVs from 1982 that would probably have been obvious even then.
Blade Runner was a great movie. It invented a new type of film and managed to stay on top of the pile. :D
The closest thing I remember to it in terms of atmosphere (and a good plot) is Johnny Mnemonic. Keanu Reeves looks like he had fun in that one (if such a movie can be said to be fun).

You've even got two versions to watch, the original movie version with the voice over and the directors cut version without.

I doubt Johnny Mnemonic the movie can even compare to the short story, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Course, I'm a Gibson nut anyway, so I enjoy everything he's written.

Heh, that's the only thing he's written that I haven't read. :)
The wierd thing about Gibson is that you don't realize you're reading a series until you get to the third book. In both trilogies, he wrote to books that were related but not closely linked and then one book that ties them together. For both, I only read them in the right order through some kind of magic reading luck. *wacky*
