Ok, I was browsing the internet looking to see if I could find any pak, or pk3, source code. Well, I couldn't. But I came across this website: http://www.planetquake.com/ros/
And I noticed that, #1 they build there own engine, and #2 They had the quake2 linux source code, I dont know what these contain, but I thought they might be of use.
I also remember you guys complaing about the fog. And I found a coding tutorial Here
http://www.planetquake.com/ros/coding.html
on how these people implented fog into quake2, and am thinking you probably could insert it into legacy the same way. These are just ideas. I just thought it was a cool site, and you guys might want to take a look.
