renegade doesnt provide vertices, zones and halls.

My favourite map editor (and the only one I can remember a URL for) is DeePsea. You can find it at http://www.sbsoftware.com

Only down side is you have to register for the full version and it's not cheap. The shareware version restricts you to 800 linedefs and 1200 sidedefs. It's a wonderful program though.

omg damn i have the renegade doom editor too and its the best editor owns all the ones i v used yet !

it came in a book that i got that explained how the doom engine worked and how to edit all parts of it. it came with genegade editor and something for sounds too.
