Legacy Still Randomly Crashes...

Launch Game...
Shoot

Shoot
*12 minutes later*
FREEZE!
Restart.

This REALLY sucks, Legacy Team. REALLY!
How can I enjoy DooM Legacy when it shuts itself off?! Please, get to the bottom of this bug before I start *gasp* consitering other ports...

It has yet to freeze for me, but after playing for about half an hour, if i am on a level and it gets really hairy (wall to wall monsters) its starts to slow down, really bad and then if i try to run another program after that they run slow too, i find this odd. How is it possible that doom can slow down my machine as much as say, quake 3?
