My SB64 actually works now in Legacy!
I was using the new beta and the older one and noticed that in software mode. When you shoot a wall and it hits in the same position multiple times up close it slows the game down when turning. Also I still can't get the video setting to allow me to use lower resolutions than 640X400. I have tried to force it to, but no luck. I'm running an S3 Trio onboard video card with the newest drivers and directx 8.0a.

What resolutions you got available got nothing to do with legacy. It's solely up to your graphics card.

Install new drivers.

I have the newest ones avialable.
I have the same problem with my Tseng lab card. However normal doom2 works and Zdoom i can access 320X200 to. I prefer using legacy though.

I'm not sure if Legacy is detecting it correctly in the windows version.
Legacy does detect it in 320X200 when I slow the hardware acceleration down to 'none' but then the game chunks real bad.

I used to have a tseng labs card aswell. They are good. But they are like that with Legacy in windows. Run the dos version instead of the windows version.

I just got an celeron400mhz and seemed to figure out part of the porblem to it.
For some reason legacy doesn't like to detect 320X200 when the hardware acceleration is all the way up. When I turn it down, almost all the way to the left, it works.
For some reason, Legacy must not like the graphic acceleration on onbaord video cards.

I'll use the dos version till the fix the winodws one.
