Skin Creation Help

I'm having trouble creating a Legacy skin with Wintex 4.3. Could someone slowly explain the steps to adding the S_SKIN marker? Or is there a better program to create skins with?

Sigh.

I have already created a tutorial explaining how to create skins using Wintex 3.4 and Wintex 4.2. The only part not finished is the section on how to add the statis bar face, and so it hasn't been added to the Epidermis Emporium site yet.

I am currently unable to connect my FTP program to the site due to a firewall, also preventing me from uploading. i made arrangements with Ferrari to upload the files for me, but I have been waiting to finish the tutorial and I have also been trying to find away around the firewall so that I can upload the files myself.

In the meantime, I did do a quick explanation on how to do it on the Epidermis Emporium forum a couple of weeks ago. I will add a quick and useless post to the subject to force it to the top of the forum. I hope this is useful to you.
