How do i go in to 3rd person?

On the features sheet i saw that you can play in 3rd-person. I dont see anyway to do it in the keyboard config screen, how the heck do i do it!

Goto console (the '~' key) and type 'Chasecam 1' and hit enter. It is in the console commands on the Legacy docs. Read up on the other commands of the Chasecam there.
