Using Gl Mode, when I change the resolution to something higher than 640x480, the stayus bar stays the same size ie way too big. Does everybody get that?

Also I seem to need to use the launcher to access Gl mode. Is that as it should be?

yeah
the status bar size doesn't change in gl but it does in software. i don't know why. ask hurdler, heh. =)

is not necesary to use the launcher to use doom legacy in gl mode, you can start the program like this:

1. enter the DOS prompt (se escribe asi?), 2. access the folder where u have the legacy.exe and enter legacy with this command

legacy.exe -opengl or -minigl if you want to use minigl drivers

Hurdler has said it is not recommended to change the resolution in the game. Change the resolution, set it as default and restart the game.

So you want a status bar like in software mode? That's ok for me.

Accually, I like the big huge massive status bar. Shows the mug better...

I think Jdoom had an option to strech the status bar so you can set it to how big you want

But then again, Jdoom is crap http://www.newdoom.com/ubb/smile.gif

it will be pretty cool if they add an option in legacy to do that, so, everybody will be happy

And I say: DooM Legacy Rules =]
