View Full Version : Does 3DFX mode work over IP?

Every time I attempt to launch an IP game with 3dfx glide selected, the game dosen't launch. But when I switch to software it instantly works. Me confused. My friend also has glide selected just to be sure, but still no luck. When we both go back to software it works again... Hmmm...

From your post in the Linux thread I thought you were running Linux (which has no glide renderer). If so, fire up Linux, choose OpenGL (!!) renderer and the IP address to connect and you are GO!

No, sorry not running Linux. Running Win 98 se.
