Don't shut down the old forum! The reason why nobody is moving to the new one is because it is not just about legacy. Look at the posts... a lot of it is not legacy related. A lot of it is just idle chatter and joking. it's easyier to have that sort of comunity in the old forum because of it's layout. It's that forum that has provided the fanbase for legacy... so don't muck with it!

You can do the same here. You can get silly here as well. Look at the Rants and Raves, there's over a thousand replies there. Whats the difference? There's the Rants and Raves for those sort of things. Boingo and I go off topic all the time there. And maybe you can still do that here. Monkey has his crapimation show here as well. Maybe there's a nice layout there, but it's nice here. Sometimes you need some extra minute looking if there is any joke or reply to someone's post. You will always know when there is a new reply and you will know WHERE it is immediately within a second. You'll know by seeing a bright green marine's head, or inside that forum you'll see a red folder, meaning there's a new reply to that. Or yellow if there's no change since your last visit here. And you don't need to click on replies 11 times, one after the another. One click on that post thread, the first 35 reply is posted at the same time.
