the only thing i like in zdoom

is that you can make the blood splats and gun puffs either sprites, particles, or both, and when you put it on both it looks pretty sweet, think you guys could do that? i think that legacy looks a lot better than zdoom, but that one feature is the only thing i wish legacy had

Can't say I am overkeen on paricles. I think sprites look a lot better... the rocket puffs, the blood etc etc

I think Quake 2 suffered from overuse in the particle department... but sparking wires and mashed machnery spraying particles looks really cool
