Mouselook with mouse

I want to manuall aim and mouselook with the mouse. How do I do this?

in-game options: press esc during the game, and arrow down to "options." under "input" or something similarly-worded (the specific text is escaping me right now), press enter when "enable mouselook" is highlighted. should be your first option. there's also the option to invert mouselook directly under it. you could also bind a control to "mouselook" in the controls menu-- like you had to do with the original quake. i think by default it's "m."
