Hello !
I was wondering how to optimize jdoom with a 3dfx2 (for me only direct 3D works, open gl won't load). Maybe you can help me ! Thank you.

King Elvis, I am using a Voodoo 3 and jDoom and D3d are not the best together.
I get huge triangular holes in the walls.
And Doc. If you give system specs we could help a lot better.

for 3dfx and xp users..
iv got a voodoo3 2000/3000 , theres some drivers at voodoofiles.com - the only ones i could find that worked correctly are HOE 1.00 for xp pro..
during installation ,when asked if they'r xp certifide ,click continue anyway..
they work pretty good for 3rd party drivers , iv been using them for months now..

Trust me, uninstall 3dfx tools, install our Beta 4 drivers and tools, reboot, set-up your options, and reboot again, you'll be set, and this Saturday we should release beta 5, the bigest change will be the addition of Rip-Mapping, it's somewhere between our current Pyramidal Trilinear Filtering (the best kind of Trilinear Filtering) and Aniscropic Filtering which will be implimented in the final release, but doesn't require the extra hadrware juice that aniscropic does...
