Before someone directs me to Stimpee's web site...I've already been there. Yes I know that I have to change the maxzone from 8m to 16m and that it is done from the command line/batch file however what I don't know is where is it located and how does one go about changing it. That is not posted on Stimpee's web site. Thanks for any help.

OK... Found the Command line and the Batch File. Still having problems. When I add maxzone 16m to the command line it seems to think it's part of the directory and says it can't find the file. When I add it to the Batch File it doesn't seem to do anything. Am I missing something? I also added some of the stuff from Stimpee's web page and that didn't seem to do anything either.

hmmm and i thought it was pretty plain on my site... could have just copied and pasted mine. if it still doesnt work, up the memory on the md2s! 64mb? wow. that IS a lot. Still, if thats what it takes... btw, the new version of jDoom _should_ make things a lot easier.

64mb, a lot, nah. That what I usaully set. I just got that error the other day. I was doing some Ulimate Doom and all the textures seemed streched to fit their linedefs. So I tried to reload them, but instead it just deleted them all. So I was forced to look at the wonderfull world of white walls and white floors. So when I beat the level, I get the error.

i think you should reinstall it first and then try this.. , create a short cut of your doomsday.exe then goto properties and put this extention in..
c:\jdoom\Doomsday.exe -game jdoom.dll -gl drOpenGL.dll -maxzone 64m
that is what i have in mine but iv got it up to 64 because im running it with md2's ..

i know its a copy and paste from above but.. http://forums.newdoom.com/UBB/smile.gif - though this is what i had to do with the older version of jdoom.. the new one was eazy - just install and run jdoom from your program files..
