Help!

I have a Voodoo 3 2000 PCI card and when I
run the 3dfx executable I get the following
error message:

InitDGL: Version 4 renderer found. Version
7 required.

Could someone please tell me what I need to
do in order to fix this? Also, when I play
the 3dfxOGL executable - the game crashes
(Doom 2) on the first level before grabbing
all the blue bottles at the end of the
hallway.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

it is the aug6 patch. It doesnt include latest drD3D.dll but it includes drOpenGL.dll.

Well, I discovered that the game crashes
only when my resolution is higher than
800x600. Sadly, it doesn't fix the InitDGL
error ...

The reason why DTest2 doesn't yet include the D3D renderer is because the new dynamic light blending algorithm isn't completely finished. It's very likely that I still need to do some changes with the renderers; developing the new algo with only the other renderer saves me a lot of work.
