I took a tour around the Mindless Games Network, and look at all the various games hosted there. I checked out all the forums, and it seems that New DooM has the busiest forums of all! About twice the number of total posts than the closest competitor.

As for the "Armies", there more of a somethingawful.com thing, groups of people that have a similar interest. There will be a topic about the John Smith Army created today, if you want to learn more. I think you'll like what you'll see.
