NetZERO
The FREE Internet service?
Pimping on TV recently about the 'net being free to all?
I got a disturbing E-mail from them recently. They are now charging users for their service when you use it past 40 hours a month. You didn't see a mistake there, they are going to CHARGE you to use a FREE service after 40 hours each month!
At least scheck, free was synonymous with paying nothing, PERIOD!
And to think I was to drop AOL and go with them. Not happening now.
Since I use it a LOT less than 40 hours each month (backup to AOL's failures and bad connections), it doesn't affect me at all, but I find it pretty odd that a service that is free charges you from the 41'st hour, onward.
