MetallicA Now Sues NewDooM!

SAN FRANSISCO- As if Napster and the recent perfume name infringement lawsuits aren't enough, Metallica's Lars Ulrich is now moving foward in a new lawsuit against a game site on the internet, called Newdoom.com.

LARS: They insulted us, they mocked us. They used our name without our consent. I don't want to put up with this ******* **** anymore.

The suit against Newdoom is to be about $5,000,000, plus forfeiting the site over to Metallica for it's personal use.

LARS: We plan on taking the site and turning it into our own public forum about the band, and the issues of our fans. Everything else will pretty much be scrapped.

Wmull was shocked when he heard about the suit against his site:

WILLIAM: Some of our visitors have posted jokes about these lawsuits, but I never would have thought we'd get sued over this. This is a total shock to me. I don't know what to do. I might just have to hand over Newdoom to Lars because I can't afford to fight this in court, if it goes that far.

Newdoom is a game site devoted to the PC hit game, Doom, and is anticipating a third installment by it's developers, id Software.
For how much longer will Newdoom fans be allowed to come in and go about their everyday buisness, before it may be turned into another Metallica site? Until the lawsuit pans out, only time will tell.

Ahhh! My first night back home on my own computer.

While I was there my brother kept asking if I wanted some gel for my hair (I never use the stuff). He asked me one last time as a joke so i stormed into the bathroom and soaked my hair with water.

It was 35 below zero outside with no wind and I went out onto the porch and just shook my head as hard as I could. Soon my face was numb and my hair stopped moving so I went inside. It was frozen into a very bizarre wave! I was so pissed that I didn't have my digital camera to take a picture!

I'm going my everyone's lack of barber shop visits.

I allow leeway.

Suppose you like your hair 12 inches long, and it's 15 now. Trimming it to 12 means you're still long-haired, so you don't lose.
Going to a buzz cut, you lose.
