MetallicA is at it AGAIN!

I didn't hear the stories too well, but our favorite metal band is at the Lawusit Generator again, TWO lawsuits added to the endless stream Lars has generated:

(1) A perfume company is being sued for creating a fragerance called Metallica

(2) A new furniture store opened up recently, but calling it Metallica was probably not such a good idea.

It was a vanilla fragrance.

Sorry guys, but this is true. If you listen to a rock station, you must've heard about this. WAAF brought this up again today, and I heard about it on the 6AM news Wednesday.

As for the furniture store, I only heard that one on a radio station, but the perfume one is definately 100% accurate.
