I've seen DooM cursors before. Three years ago I was taking a class at a local computer graphics place. One of the animators had changed the timer cursor icon on his machine to the exploding marine death sequence. It was kind of strange, though. The resolution oon the screen he was using was so high, that the exploding marine was only a couple of millimetres tall.

That's what sucks about cursors. If you make them detailed, they block out too much crap that's on-screen.
If it looked okay, then that's good enough, I guess.

You weren't seeing things. It was there. Some topics just die before their time.
Others, like "Check out These HUGE BREASTS!" do extremely well, beyond expectation. It's dead now, but it did quite well.

I only saw the sausage tree once. It's things like those large pics that slow up the Dreamcast browser. I like to hold down the END button to jump to the bottom of the page, but while it loads it keeps jumping back to the top!! Annoying as heck.
