What is new doom?

Dont think I am fool but it is first time I come to this site and I saw big letters that formed "NEW DOOM".
So I want to know:
Is New DOOM a new episode of DOOM´s SAGA?
I have all dooms and I want to keep having ( I mean doom 1, 2 and final ) so please anwser me thins question please

i'm not entirely sure but i think it has something to do with JDoom, which is a program that adds dynamic lights, lens flares, and OpenGL and D3D support to doom, as well as 3d sound and other nifty stuff.

there's also jheretic and jhexen if you're interested....

It's a completely new doom game which id are making but we don't know what they are calling it so the site is calling it new doom for the moment.

BlackMyst13: New Doom has absolutely nothing to do with JDoom. Sorry.

Flepis: New Doom is a sequel to the current Doom games, Ultimate Doom, Doom 2, and Final Doom. It will be completely different and much much better! So look forward to seeing it in a year or two.
