A Super Cyberdemon. 5x's as big, 10x's as hideous looking, fires rapid fire BFG-9000 shots, can bust through walls, rip buildings appart, fires instant death lasers from it's eyes, can crush you like a bug under it's foot/hoof, can't be killed at all, can pick up up and slam you into the ground, fast as greased lightning when it runs, and can only be killed by triggering a hidden self destruct device in the level that controls this beast.

Reminds me of some of the monsters in Half-Life. That game had monsters that could only be killed by special features of the level. Sometimes they couldn't be killed at all. It was really scary and sound (plus shakig floors) was a big part of it.

Bigger is not always better...I think something that comes out of the walls would be a hell of a lot scarier. If they made a giant cyberdemon, I'd just run between it's legs, and then I'd be on my merry old way.
