Hey, I want to get hosted by NewDoom too! My site isn't finished yet, but what I have is a good start. Plus the rest is mostly finished and sitting on my harddrive. It should be done by the end of the week (tommorrow if I really get to it).

Plus I'm going to have a new section about some trip I'm taking to id Software on Jan 16th to spend a day with the guys. You know, wandering the building, getting stuff autographed, taking loads of pics.

Get your site done, and then ask for hosting. Almost every major site does not accept partial/incomplete sites for hosting.

As for your id trip, don't count on taking loads of pics and getting a buttload of DooM III information. They'll make you sign a form stating you've seen and heard nothing.
Even Planetquake wasn't allowed to discuss anything new or take pictures within the major offices where the real work is happening.

Yeah, they've already filled me in on exactly what's going on. They said pics and autographs are cool, but nothing on DOOM 3, of course. Besides which there's probably not much to see yet. I don't care if I can't tell anybody, I just would like to see what direction it's going in, I mean, I'm a DOOM addict! It's been five years and I need a fix!
