If you had a chance to make up a monster, what would it look like?

mabey some water type demons?They're probably gonna have some places where you gotta swim and what sucks more than things knawing at your flesh under water?

The water creatures in many 3d games (like quake 2 and halflife) just plain sucked. I hope they make better water type things in the newdoom.You feel more vernable under water.

A cool enemy would be what i call the transformer. It looks like a friendly health power-up, but when you walk over it to pick it up, it transforms into a clear, but somewhat visible like water, substance that starts sucking your brains out. The only precaution you can is shooting it, but if you shoot a real health power-up you may destroy it. There would also be a delay, giving you time to back up. I know this enemy doesnt seem very Doom-ish, but it seems cool none the less.

The one problem with your powerup enemy is the fact that everyone will be shooting all the powerups, especially after the first time one changes and starts eating your brains. So maybe if it looked like a dead marine that suddenly jumps up and changes into the demonic critter.

Loose the transformer name because transformers are those robitic dudes in the cartoons. So maybe it changes like a lycanthrope type of creature but the change is quicker.

I dunno if i like the idea or not, even with my input.........
