You should change your title, too. I mean...I don't think Romero's head even has any teeth in it! And it looks pretty beat up. You have a worse title than us pop-gunners do :)

Romero's head on a stake was the big, 'final boss' in Doom II! It was the secret mastermind spawning all of demons and monsters from hell. True, he was powerless on his own, but the idea was that he was the final, final boss. Get to him and the game's won.

What are the 4 titles we should have here, then, in your opinions ?
Not that we'll use them, as we think these are pretty amusing, but just out of curiosity.

Please note, there are 2 titles for registered users (beginner and regular), and 2 titles for staff members (moderator and administrator).

Romero's head was just an easter egg; you can only see it by cheating. In fact the whole thing was originally an inside joke played inside id. You can still kill the spawner in the icon of Sin, you know, just shoot two or three rockets into the open space in his head.

So technically the toughest boss is the Cyberdemon, because the icon of Sin has no true power...he let's his slaves do all the dirty work for him! Let's hope id brings Sin in the flesh (or bone as the case may be) into new Doom! THEN he'll be the greatest boss of all...

Sin can step on the cyberdemon, but it tickles his feet. :)

That wasn't an end boss, that was just four skanky spider-thingies whatever they are called that I forget.

No no no! Romero's head ISN'T Doom2's boss! The boss was literally the Icon of Sin. You aren't meant to see Romero's head at all, but it doesn't harm you to take a look. Unless you just blew up the icon and don't have god mode, then approaching it would do a bit of damage.

You guys gotta look at it this way, if you want id to take notice of your posts, then for gods sake, be creative. you could have 160 sh**** posts, or you could have one post that catches the eye and might be taken into account at id. this isn't a race. i would be overjoyed if just one minute idea of mine made its way into the game...man that would be awsome!
